My experience at Shinwari Kitchen

Working at Shinwari Kitchen has been an incredibly enriching experience, allowing me to explore and deepen my passion for cooking while also taking on unique challenges that have expanded my skill set in multiple areas. Being surrounded by experienced chefs gave me a hands-on education in culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation. I learned a lot about the hard work, precision, and dedication required to create exceptional dishes, and it solidified my enthusiasm for the culinary arts.

Beyond cooking, I also held the role of social media manager, which allowed me to tap into the marketing side of the business. In this position, I learned how to effectively engage potential customers and build excitement around Shinwari Kitchen. I used social media platforms to showcase our dishes, share customer reviews, and highlight the restaurant’s atmosphere, all of which helped to drive traffic and expand our customer base. This role greatly improved my understanding of digital marketing strategies and taught me the importance of targeted communication to increase brand visibility.

My responsibilities extended into website management and broader advertising efforts, giving me firsthand experience in creating an online presence for a business. I learned how to craft promotional content, run ad campaigns, and analyze customer engagement to adjust our strategies. This was a great introduction to the world of business promotion, and it expanded my perspective on how marketing and branding contribute to a business's success.

The Shinwari Kitchen team has been incredibly supportive, helping me refine my skills and introducing me to new aspects of the restaurant business. With their encouragement, I’m now preparing to step into a new role as a waiter in the coming weeks. I’m excited for the opportunity to connect directly with our customers, further develop my communication skills, and contribute to a positive dining experience.
